The DROP at Broadgate Central

Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is: Broadgate (PHC 16) 2005 Limited of York House, 45 Seymour Street, London W1H 7LX (the “Promoter”).
  2. The title of the competition is The DROP at Broadgate Central.
  3. The competition will open at 12:30pm on 13 November 2025 (the “Opening Date”) and will close at 18:00 on 13 November 2025 (the “Closing Date”) or earlier if all prizes have been won, whichever occurs first.
  4. If all prizes are won before 18:00 on 13 November 2025, the competition will close immediately. If any prizes remain unclaimed at 18:00, the competition will automatically close at that time and no further entries will be accepted.
  5. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter no later than 17:55 on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date or after all prizes have been won (whichever is earlier) will be automatically disqualified.
  6. To enter the competition:
    1. Participants must collect a ribbon released during The DROP event. Each ribbon features a QR code that links to the competition entry page on the Broadgate website. Participants must scan the QR code to access the Spin to Win page, enter their details as required, and will be given one (1) opportunity to spin the wheel.
    2. The wheel will land on either a “win” or “lose” segment. If the participant wins, they will automatically receive an email confirming their win and instructions to visit the prize desk to collect it. The participant must present this confirmation email at the prize desk to claim their prize and may be required to provide identification to verify their entry.
    3. If the participant does not win, their entry will be deemed unsuccessful, and their participation in the competition will end. Each person may only participate once. (d) In the event of a technical issue or failure of the online entry mechanism, the Promoter will operate a manual entry process. This will be communicated to all guests. To take part manually, guests should proceed to the prize desk, where they will be given the opportunity to pick a ticket from a raffle bucket.
    4. Participants cannot choose between entry methods; the manual process will only be available if the Promoter confirms that the online mechanism is unavailable.
  7. The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  8. Entry to The DROP at Broadgate Central and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to capacity. Within the event, competition entries will be processed and prizes awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be aware that gaining entry to the event does not guarantee that you will win a prize.
  9. Ribbons released during the drop are for participation only and have no monetary or prize value. Possession of a ribbon does not indicate a win or guarantee a prize. 10.
  10. Prizes are allocated at random at the prize desk and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted for an alternative prize.
  11. The Promoter will not accept:
    1. responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware, software failure, or lack of internet or mobile network connectivity of any kind; or
    2. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
  12. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  13. The winners will be selected automatically and immediately by the prize entry mechanism  from all qualifying entries. This process occurs at the time of entry and not after the Closing Date.
  14. The competition is open to participants aged 18 years and over only. Proof of age may be required to verify eligibility and to claim a prize.
  15. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
  16. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
    1. automatically generated by computer;
    2. completed by third parties or in bulk;
    3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
    4. photocopies and not originals; or
    5. incomplete.
  17. There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person, and only one prize may be  won per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  18. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
